my church is going on a mission trip to Honduras and I just have a few questions?
What is it like?
I am allergic to shell fish and anything with Iodine what will we eat or did you are your mission trip eat?
Are the malleria pills scary or big or what are they like?
What should I pack it will be in March?

Always sleep under a mosquito net. They are very cheap.
Since the Anopheles mosquitoes feed at night, the preferred method is to hang a large "bed net" above the center of a bed such that it drapes down and covers the bed completely.
Take thin light clothing. It will be hot. take some hats.
Also start taking b6 vitamins 1 month before you go and while there. This will prevent sunburn.
Take along Probiotic Supplements for Diarrhea.
