Flounder Fishing Techniques

Which fish tastes better?
I'm thinking of going to a Red Lobster restaurant tomorrow night for dinner. I want fish, but I'm not sure you know better. What do you prefer? * Farm-raised catfish (Blackend vs Golden fried) O * Sole (vs. Golden Grill Oven fried) Can you explain to me the difference in taste and the difference in cooking techniques? I think I want that golden fried, but I'm not sure. Thanks tons!
Catfish are excellent, but a fish for seafood lovers. More 'fish' flavor. Sole is a better choice if you're on a diet (no fat or big fish) and less fish like taste to it. Catfish, well prepared, can not be the same, but have run into some people who are not fans of seafood like the first. Any fish, fried, will know all the abuse. Anyway, I would stick with the grilled sole.

Fishing Techniques $79.66 Fishing techniques are methods for catching fish. The term may also be applied to methods for catching other aquatic animals such as molluscs and edible marine invertebrates. Fishing techniques include hand gathering, spearfishing, netting, angling and trapping. Recreational, commercial and artisanal fishers use different techniques, and also, sometimes, the same techniques. Recreational fishers fish for pleasure or sport, while commercial fishers fish for profit. Artisanal fishers use traditional, lowtech methods, for survival in thirdworld countries, and as a cultural heritage in other countries. Mostly, recreational fishers use angling methods and commercial fishers use netting methods. There is an intricate link between various fishing techniques and knowledge about the fish and their behaviour including migration, foraging and habitat. The effective use of fishing techniques often depends on this additional knowledge. Which techniques are appropriate is dictated mainly by the target species and by its habitat.
